Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: your email address, name and profile picture if you sign in with Google, and a password if you sign up with email.
• What you create: the prompts you type, reference images and body photos you upload, the designs we generate, size settings, stencils and the notes you add to a consult pack.
• Purchases: your plan, credit balance and payment history. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we do not see or store full card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and pages you visit, used to keep the service secure and working.

Photos are re-encoded in your browser before upload, which removes embedded location and camera data (EXIF).

How we use it

• To generate designs, previews and stencils you ask for.
• To run your account, credits and subscription.
• To block requests for celebrity likenesses, copyrighted characters and other content our terms do not allow.
• To answer support emails and send account or receipt emails.
• To understand how the site is used and fix problems.

We do not show ads and we do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

• Our payment processor, to take payments and manage subscriptions.
• Our AI image-generation provider, which receives your prompt and any reference image to complete your request.
• Our hosting and storage provider, which runs the service.
• Our email delivery provider, to send account and support emails.
• People you choose to share with: anyone who has a share link you create can see that consult pack until the link expires or you revoke it.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Cookies

We use cookies that are needed to keep you signed in and to keep the site secure. We also use cookies to analyze site usage. You can block cookies in your browser; some features, such as signing in, will then stop working.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information while your account is active. We may keep payment records longer where the law requires it.

Your choices

• In settings you can see your profile, plan, credit balance and payments, and delete your account.
• You can revoke any share link from your project.
• You can email support@example.com to ask for a copy of your data or to correct it.

Age

TryStencil is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
